Mai Ngoc has just updated her latest photo on her personal page, showing off her slim figure 7 months after giving birth to her first child. This photo immediately received many compliments and admiration from the new mother, friends and fans.

When her son was born, Mai Ngoc prioritized taking care of him so she did not abstain too strictly. She ate freely to have enough nutrients to feed her child.

When her son was stronger, she started to practice diligently. She shared: "After giving birth, I was like a crab shedding its shell. My body was weak, my bones and joints ached, and sometimes I couldn't even recognize myself in the mirror... If I let go, no one could pull me back. I try to spend 30 minutes every day for myself, step by step, to get back to my healthy body."

According to Mai Ngoc, "after giving birth, a woman needs 6 months to heal the incision, 12 months to recover physically, 2 years to balance hormones and 5 years to find her identity. Be kind and patient with mothers, they are facing more challenges than you know!". Although she wants to regain her figure, Mai Ngoc is not impatient but does it methodically and scientifically .

Besides practicing, Mai Ngoc also believes that to become more beautiful, it is important to choose the right outfit.

Despite her tall, well-proportioned figure, Mai Ngoc always carefully chooses her clothes to have the most neat image.

Since becoming pregnant, Mai Ngoc quit her job at VTV, but in return, she is quite in demand for events.

She received many invitations from fashion , jewelry, cosmetics and mother and baby brands.

Mai Ngoc is elegant and youthful in a set of clothes from the Burberry brand.

Her body shape has basically returned to the way it was before giving birth, so Mai Ngoc can comfortably wear many different styles without having to worry about hiding her figure in dark clothes.

She meets up with her close friends when attending events or in her free time.
