Runner-up Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh has just received a full PhD scholarship worth nearly 3 billion VND from RMIT, while continuing to make her mark as a professional lecturer and MC.

On November 27, Miss Vietnam 2020 First Runner-up Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh appeared at the event introducing a series of fashion events taking place from November 29 to December 1, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City. Opening on November 29, 2025 is an international fashion design competition for students and young designers with the message of inspiring creativity and giving wings to Vietnamese dreams. On November 30, 2025 is the Conscious traveler show and closing on December 1 is a fashion show introducing the haute couture collection.

According to VietNamNet 's private source, Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh has just received a full scholarship for the Doctor of Management program at RMIT University. The scholarship is worth 163,440 AUD (equivalent to nearly 3 billion VND) for 4 years of full-time study, starting from November 2025.

This is a competitive university-level scholarship for outstanding candidates, selected by RMIT Australia and RMIT Vietnam based on academic achievement, quality of research proposal, research experience and capacity.

Runner-up Phuong Anh can fluently use two foreign languages, English and French. She also has an IELTS 8.0 certificate and DALF C1 (French).

Phuong Anh is currently a lecturer at RMIT University. The beauty started making the series Teacher Phuong Anh on TikTok after about 1 year of teaching, when she was stable with the job and understood the emotions of the profession. This series helps her connect with students naturally, many of whom still often comment even long after finishing the subject.
