On the afternoon of November 3, in Bao Loc City ( Lam Dong Province), there was a heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds lasting for more than an hour, causing many roads and residential areas in Ward 1 and Ward 2 to be heavily flooded. According to the reporter, the heavy rain caused the water in Stream No. 1 (Ward 2) to rise and flood the houses of more than 20 households to a depth of 0.5 to 1 meter. Meanwhile, many households in this area, due to not having a house, could not move many items, were flooded, and were at risk of being damaged. Similarly, about 20 households living on Phan Dang Luu Street were also deeply flooded due to the rising water from Ha Giang Stream.

Le Van Tam Street (Ward 2, Bao Loc City) was deeply flooded after the rain, causing 2 cars to be submerged. After about 30 minutes of flooding, the water receded and the car owner approached and took the car to be repaired.

The car was brought in for repairs by the owner after being flooded on the afternoon of November 3.
