On the morning of November 21, at Binh Thuan Martyrs' Cemetery, on behalf of the Delegation of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Son commune solemnly held a memorial service on the occasion of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025-2030, taking place from November 24-25, 2025.
In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered flowers, incense and observed a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the nation, and to pay tribute to the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Before the souls of the martyrs, the collective leadership and cadres of Hong Son commune expressed their determination to unite and strive to overcome difficulties to complete the socio-economic development goals and maintain national defense and security. This meaningful activity demonstrates the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", the gratitude of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and local people to those who have fallen for the peace and unity of the nation.

According to the plan agreed upon by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province will take place on November 24 and 25, 2025. Within the framework of the Congress, the delegations will hold a memorial service at three martyrs' cemeteries in the province to pay tribute to the heroes who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the great national unity bloc.

Binh Thuan Martyrs Cemetery, located in Hong Son commune, is the resting place of more than 9,000 martyrs.

The project was built in 1978 and basically completed in 1983, gathering remains from many areas in the province. After many renovations and upgrades, this place has become a "red address", a place to organize gratitude activities and educate patriotic traditions for the younger generation. Every year, on major national and local holidays, delegations and many people come to offer incense and light candles to pay their gratitude here.
