With the theme "Dien Bien Phu - Golden Milestone of History", the special art program celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, spanning 90 minutes with three parts "All people go to battle", "20th century epic" and " Peace rendezvous", the audience will look back at a glorious and heroic period of the Vietnamese people, when they defeated a great enemy, liberated Dien Bien, and restored peace.

The program connects the past, present and future, demonstrating the stature of the victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world". The 14 art performances in the program with diverse forms of expression such as music, singing, dancing, animation, poetry, etc. honored the forces participating in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign such as infantry and artillery soldiers and hundreds of thousands of people participating in the frontline labor teams, youth volunteers, artists, etc.

The stage is set up with a modern sound and lighting system, creating a heroic and tragic atmosphere about touching and proud stories about the legendary land of Dien Bien Phu.

At the preliminary rehearsal, Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, highly appreciated the efforts and endeavors of the artists and actors participating in the program; at the same time, he emphasized: to ensure the high political and artistic values of the program, based on the comments made at the preliminary rehearsal, the crew needs to continue to improve the content, practice with the highest intensity and quality to be ready to serve the audience on the evening of May 6./.
