Dien Bien Department of Agriculture and Environment trains on National Target Programs 2025

On November 10, the Provincial People's Committee Office coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dien Bien province to organize training on the National Target Programs 2025.

Attending the conference were leaders of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee, directors, experts of departments, branches and sectors: Agriculture and Environment, Ethnicity and Religion, Finance, Provincial People's Committee Office; together with the Economic - Infrastructure Department, People's Committees of communes, wards and officers, civil servants and public employees in charge of implementing the National Target Program at the grassroots level, in order to effectively implement projects to support agricultural production development under the National Target Program 2025.

The conference was held to improve the efficiency of using capital to support production development, ensuring that projects under the National Target Program 2025 are implemented synchronously, on schedule and bring practical impacts to the people.

The training content focuses on guiding the process and procedures for implementing agricultural production support projects; providing guidance on cultivation and livestock techniques, using materials, machinery and investment capital for the right purposes and effectively; and discussing and resolving difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process at the grassroots level.

According to the plan, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Agriculture and Environment will take the lead in developing the content, coordinate with relevant departments and branches to prepare documents, reports and invite technical experts to provide direct guidance. The conference is also an opportunity for localities to share experiences and effective methods, increasing initiative in implementing agricultural projects associated with sustainable poverty reduction.

With careful preparation, this training conference is expected to improve the capacity to organize the implementation of the National Target Program 2025 in the area, ensuring that all investment resources are used in the right direction, serving the goal of sustainable agricultural and rural development of Dien Bien province.
