According to the Organizing Committee's statistics, in 2025, 66 agencies and units across the province registered to participate in the contest. Among them, many units responded positively with practical topics, clearly reflecting the spirit of innovation and creativity associated with public service practices.
The highlight of this year’s contest is the vivid and visual form of propaganda through television reports. Each agency, unit, and locality creates a report of 5 to 7 minutes, reflecting the implementation process, results, and outstanding models and initiatives in administrative reform work at their unit.

The content of the report focuses on the implementation of policies, resolutions of the Central and the province on administrative reform, digital transformation, streamlining the apparatus, improving the investment environment, serving people and businesses; the role and responsibility of heads of agencies, units and localities in implementing administrative reform tasks; the tasks of implementing administrative reform of officials and civil servants when guiding and handling administrative procedures (TTHC) and models, typical examples, implementation results...
The contest scoring consists of two parts: content (maximum 70 points) and media (maximum 30 points). In addition to the quality of content, images and messages conveyed, reports will be scored based on the number of views, likes, comments and shares on social networking platforms, websites and other media. This scoring method encourages units to proactively promote and advertise media products, creating a strong ripple effect in society.
It is known that after synthesizing the results, the Organizing Committee will award 01 First prize worth 14 million VND, 01 Second prize worth 10 million VND, 02 Third prizes (7 million VND/prize), 03 Encouragement prizes (4 million VND/prize) and 03 secondary prizes (750,000 VND/prize) to the reports with the most impressive images, the most interactions and the best topics.
