DTO - Following the teaching of President Ho Chi Minh "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation and those who emulate are the most patriotic", in recent years, Trade Unions at all levels in the province have constantly strived to innovate the content and methods of operation, notably the emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers" (abbreviation of the movement) among cadres, workers, civil servants, union members and laborers, contributing to the effective implementation of assigned goals and tasks.
Individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" in 2022
Up to now, the province has 1,256 grassroots trade unions with more than 88,000 cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, and workers working in agencies, units, and enterprises. In order to concretize the movement, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) has issued many documents directing and guiding all levels of trade unions in the province to carry out many projects and tasks that are close to the political tasks of the agencies and units. Through the emulation movement, cadres, union members, and workers have been encouraged to strive to practice, cultivate, study, work, produce, and contribute to the overall development of agencies, units, and enterprises, for the overall development of the province.
Each agency, unit, and enterprise in the province launched a movement to promote initiatives, improve techniques, and improve productivity and quality, bringing practical results. Typically, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union promoted the emulation movement "Loyalty, responsibility, integrity, creativity" associated with the emulation movement "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to implement office culture". The ProvincialEducation Union with the campaigns and emulation movements "Two good", "Innovation, creativity in teaching and learning" demonstrated through many topics and solutions to apply technology in teaching, helping students absorb lessons better. The grassroots unions in the enterprise sector promoted the movement "Promoting initiatives, improving techniques" with the goal of "Higher productivity, better quality" bringing high profits to companies and enterprises.
Mr. Vo Hoang Dung - Director of Human Resources Administration, Chairman of the Trade Union of Co May Import Export Company Limited (Song Hau Industrial Park, Lai Vung District), confided: “The Trade Union proactively coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Company to launch emulation movements among union members and workers, especially emulation to promote technical innovation initiatives, from which many initiatives and improvements were boldly proposed by workers and recognized by the Company for application. From 2021 to present, with many initiatives and improvements, the most prominent of which is the initiative to renovate the water supply and drainage system and a number of other items, it has brought economic benefits of billions of VND to the enterprise. At the same time, individuals with outstanding initiatives and technical innovations are commended and rewarded, thereby creating a bond between workers and the Company”.
From the movement, the Trade Union at all levels has actively promoted and mobilized union members and workers to promote initiatives, improve techniques, register to build high-quality works and products, contributing to the completion of socio-economic development tasks, meeting the requirements of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and international integration. Thereby, in 2022, many outstanding collectives and individuals appeared with more than 18,700 new models, solutions, and good practices that were replicated and effectively applied, bringing many valuable products, benefiting agencies, units, businesses and the social community with an amount of more than 56 billion VND.
In the coming time, the Trade Unions at all levels will continue to innovate, improve the quality and effectiveness of the movement and promote the dissemination of the Party's Directives and Resolutions, the State's laws in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 02 of the 13th Politburo on innovation of the organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation. Regularly pay attention to, discover, replicate and reward, commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, typical in the annual Workers' Month. Promote the patriotic emulation movement in conjunction with the selection, honor and reward of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, especially those with practical models and actions contributing to building a culture of Dong Thap people who are affectionate, dynamic, creative...
| In 2 years (2021 - 2022), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor proposed that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor award the Emulation Flag to 3 collectives, award the Certificate of Merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 13 collectives and 17 individuals; 230 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 158 collectives and 369 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor for their achievements in the emulation movement "Excellent Labor, Creative Labor". |
