Thereby, many advanced models have appeared, strongly encouraging the emulation movement in the People's Procuracy at two levels, excellently completing the tasks of the industry.

Implementing the emulation movement in practicing the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities, over the past 5 years, the whole industry has received and supervised 4,414 denunciations and reports of crimes. Practicing the right to prosecute, supervising the investigation of 8,383 cases/11,242 defendants; arresting and detaining criminals for transfer to prosecution at a rate of 99.9%. Practicing the right to prosecute, supervising the trial of 8,001 cases/11,058 defendants under first-instance procedures; 198 cases, 310 defendants under appeal procedures. Strictly supervising the arrest, detention, and temporary detention of 11,051 detainees, 21,214 detainees... At the same time, the People's Procuracy at two levels continues to promote the application of information technology, digital transformation; effectively implementing case reports using mind maps in the criminal, civil, and execution fields; effectively using the industry's management and operation software...

As a typical unit in the patriotic emulation movements of the Son La Procuracy, in recent years, the Office has actively and proactively advised on many solutions, improved the quality of office work, effectively served the management, direction and operation of the Institute's leaders, and excellently completed the annual work plan. For many years, it has been recognized with the title "Excellent Labor Collective"; in 2022, 2023, 2024, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy awarded the Emulation Flag of the Procuracy sector.

Ms. Nguyen Thu Quy, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Procuracy, shared: The unit has performed well, innovated the work of general consultation; advised the Institute's leaders to promptly issue documents directing and guiding statistical work to ensure quality, accuracy and associated with the movement "Digital Education for the People". Advised to review, upgrade and supplement infrastructure, information technology equipment in a modern, synchronous, interconnected direction, improve the level of information technology application for civil servants; applied the paperless meeting room model. With synchronous solutions, in 2024, the information technology sector of the Son La Procuracy ranked 23rd out of 63 provinces and cities.

During the 2020-2025 period, many collectives and individuals of the industry were commended by all levels and sectors, of which 1 collective was awarded the Second-class Labor Medal; 1 collective was awarded the Third-class Labor Medal; 26 collectives were recognized with the title "Leading Emulation Flag of the People's Procuracy Sector"; 2 individuals were awarded the "Second-class Labor Medal"; 1 individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister ; The Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy awarded certificates of merit to 383 individuals in thematic emulation movements. The Provincial People's Procuracy was recognized by the Supreme People's Procuracy as having achieved the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" continuously from 2020 to 2024. In particular, in 2020, 2022, 2023, the Supreme People's Procuracy awarded the Emulation Flag of the People's Procuracy Sector; in 2024, the Provincial People's Procuracy was awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government; 2025 was awarded the First Class Labor Medal.
