Comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province, announced the Resolutions appointing the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of the People's Council; Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of communes and wards; Decision to establish the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, recognizing the positions in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term; Decision to establish the Commune and Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Dao Hong Lan, member of the Party Central Committee and Minister of Health, acknowledged and commended the results that the Son La Provincial Party Committee has achieved in recent times.
Comrade Dao Hong Lan emphasized that the transition to a two-level local government model is a strategic step in reforming the State apparatus, aiming to streamline the organization, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of State management, in line with development requirements in the new period, towards a more professional, effective and efficient administration in the new period.
