SOOBIN leads the next generation of artists at “Rookie of the Year 2025”

On the evening of October 4, the reality TV show Rookie of the Year 2025 officially aired, opening with a confrontation between the Vietnamese team and the Korean band 8TURN. This is an international exchange and competition playground for young Asian bands.

Under the guidance of the all-around producer SOOBIN, the 11-member Vietnamese lineup performed two songs : Da den gio (produced by a domestic crew) and Exposure (directed by Hyuk Shin – Training Director from Korea). Meanwhile, the group 8TURN brought two explosive performances: Leggo and Walk it out .

As a result, 8TURN won the first round. Despite the defeat in the first round, the professional stage quality of "Rookie 2025" still left a strong impression.

SOOBIN shared that his goal is to contribute to training the next generation of potential artists for the Vietnamese music market: "We are Vietnamese, making Vietnamese music and want to reach out to the world."
