At the same time, reviewing the wiring diagrams of lines and substations to choose the best operating method in extreme weather conditions; speeding up the installation of compensation capacitors to improve voltage quality, reduce losses, and prevent overloading of lines and substations; establishing flexible and reasonable power supply methods, minimizing power interruptions due to incidents, overloads, etc.

Implementing the plan of Hung Yen Electricity Company, Van Giang Electricity has proactively implemented many electricity saving solutions such as: Organizing programs to promote electricity saving, reduce electricity loss; working directly with localities and enterprises to participate in building plans to share, cooperate, and help in adjusting loads; proposing mechanisms and policies to encourage economical and efficient use of electricity; increasing the hanging of banners and slogans... Along with that, the unit has signed a commitment to limit production during peak hours, avoid overloading, and be ready to shed loads when necessary to ensure safety in grid operation with more than 3,000 customers of production and business units that regularly consume large amounts of electricity. At the same time, Van Giang Electricity continues to focus on promoting the application of science and technology and synchronously deploying solutions in production and business activities such as: Deploying the construction of smart grids, using data reading technology, remote data collection; Hotline repair, replace mechanical meters with electronic meters combined with remote measurement systems, estimate electricity consumption in homes, offices, businesses...
