The Ministry of Science and Technology has just issued Decision No. 2334/QD-BKHCN dated August 24, 2025 on amending the National Postal Code for wards, communes and equivalent administrative units.

Accordingly, the postal code system is updated and adjusted to suit the new 2-level administrative unit model. This is an important change in the context of e-commerce and postal and logistics services growing strongly, requiring accurate, fast and uniform identification of delivery addresses nationwide.
