On June 18, the Traffic Police Department of Vinh Long Province Police said that the unit is coordinating with functional forces to investigate the cause of a traffic accident that left one person dead on the spot.
According to initial information, at around 4:45 p.m. on June 17, TTH (16 years old, residing in Loc Hoa commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long) was driving a motorbike with license plate 64B2 - 611.73 on National Highway 53 in the direction from Tra Vinh to Vinh Long.
When reaching km 38+900, in Trung Ngai commune, Vung Liem district, H. suddenly fell onto the road and collided with a truck with license plate 84C - 068.57 carrying a concrete pillar driven by Le Van Linh T. (28 years old, residing in An Truong commune, Cang Long district, Tra Vinh) in the opposite direction. As a result, the accident caused H. to die on the spot.
