At least seven people were killed and 23 others injured after a passenger bus reportedly lost control and overturned on a highway in the eastern province of Kars, Turkey's TRT broadcaster reported.

TRT quoted Kars Province Governor Turker Oksuz as saying that the passenger bus overturned after passing over a viaduct at the entrance to the Erzurum-Kars highway in Karakurt village, Sarikamis district.
Medical , gendarmerie and fire brigade forces were dispatched to the scene of this traffic accident.
