The Director of Ha Tinh Electricity Company has just signed a decision to temporarily suspend two workers of Loc Ha Electricity Company for having conflicts at work to clarify the incident.

According to information from Ha Tinh Electricity Company, on the afternoon of July 3, the unit has just issued a decision to temporarily suspend work for 2 workers of Loc Ha Electricity Company to clarify the incident that occurred on July 1, 2023 at Loc Ha Electricity Company.

Loc Ha Power Company - where the conflict between two workers occurred.

The two suspended workers are Nguyen Thanh H. (born in 1988, metering equipment manager) and Ms. Nguyen Thi H. (born in 1980, customer service manager); both belong to the Service Business Team, Loc Ha Power Company. The temporary suspension period is 7 working days, starting from 2:00 p.m. on July 3, 2023.

It is known that earlier on the morning of July 1, 2023, while preparing to collect the electricity bill, Ms. Nguyen Thi H. had a conflict with Mr. Nguyen Thanh H. The initial cause was determined to be that many households still owed electricity bills, and because she was not familiar with the area, Ms. H. called another person to work on the contract to go with her.

Although it was not his duty, Nguyen Thanh H. protested and a fight broke out. Unable to control himself, Nguyen Thanh H. picked up a sandal and threw it at Nguyen Thi H.'s face.

Not stopping there, Nguyen Thanh H. also punched Nguyen Thi H. in the right eye. Afterwards, Ms. H. was taken to the hospital by her family with soft tissue injuries and a swollen face.

It is known that Ms. Nguyen Thi H. started working in the administrative department of Ha Tinh Electricity Company since 2001. After that, she was sent for training and then transferred to work at Loc Ha Electricity Company from 2013 to present.

Nguyen Thanh H. started working at Loc Ha Power Company in 2012, and in 2014 he was assigned to work at Ky Anh Power Company and since 2016 he has returned to Loc Ha Power Company to work until now.
