Tam Ky proposed to receive 2 unused headquarters to arrange the workplace of the new administrative unit.

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document assigning the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to study the content of the proposal of the Tam Ky City People's Committee on receiving unused headquarters to arrange the working headquarters of the new administrative unit after the arrangement.

According to the People's Committee of Tam Ky City, through inspection and review, currently in the city there are 2 houses and land facilities managed by provincial units that are vacant and unused, including: The old office of the Department of Home Affairs at 268 Trung Nu Vuong, Tan Thanh Ward; the old office of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board at 510 Hung Vuong.

To ensure the material facilities for the activities of the Party Committee, Government, and the Front of the new wards that will come into operation from July 1, 2025, the People's Committee of Tam Ky City proposed to consider transferring the above two real estate facilities to the locality for management and use to arrange working headquarters for the new administrative units after the arrangement.

Specifically, the (old) office of the Department of Home Affairs (combined with the current Tam Ky City Party Committee office and City People's Committee hall): Used to arrange the office of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee, Fatherland Front, unions and public service units of Ban Thach ward (new).
