On the evening of September 14, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, the title of Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 officially belonged to Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi, a 21-year-old girl from Dak Lak . With a height of 1.72m and measurements of 81-64-92cm, Yen Nhi surpassed 34 other contestants to win the noble crown, and at the same time became the representative of Vietnam at Miss Grand International 2025 next October.

Born in 2004 in a poor family with a father who is a construction worker and a mother who sells lottery tickets, Yen Nhi is currently a third-year student majoring in Tourism and Travel Services Management at Van Hien University. This young girl has a unique, clear face with a bright smile, a well-proportioned body and a professional performance style, making a strong impression on the judges and the audience.

Yen Nhi's journey to the crown was not easy. In 2024, she participated in Miss Grand Vietnam and only stopped at the top 15 but also achieved the top 5 Miss Fashion and top 5 Grand Voice Award. This failure became the motivation for her to improve her performance skills, body shape and language ability during 1 year of preparation.

In this year’s competition, Yen Nhi continued to be in the top 5 Grand Heat, top 5 Miss Fashion and top 10 Grand Voice. In particular, her performance in the behavioral round left an impression on the judges and the audience when she answered the question about how to contribute to the country in the era of Vietnam’s rise.

When asked a question by Miss Ha Kieu Anh - Head of the jury, Yen Nhi answered clearly and confidently in both Vietnamese and English. She shared 3 specific actions: Becoming a Vietnamese storyteller to spread culture and national heritage through sustainable tourism; applying digital transformation technology in tourism to connect local communities with international tourists and wishing to become a tourism ambassador, bridging the world and Vietnam.

In addition to her achievements in the field of beauty, Yen Nhi also has remarkable contributions in studying and researching. She participated in student scientific research on the topic of promoting the cultural value of souvenir products of ethnic minority communities in Buon Me Thuot, Dak Lak. In addition, she also won many awards in tour guide presentation competitions and was a special guest at the 2025 City-wide Promising Tour Guide Competition.
