The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to strengthen the protection, preservation and promotion of the value of national treasures. In addition, periodically report on the status of protection, preservation and promotion of the value of national treasures (with related photos taken at the time of reporting) to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (via the Department of Cultural Heritage) before August 31 every year. At the same time, prepare a dossier of artifacts to propose recognition of national treasures in the 13th phase (2024) according to the provisions of law. The proposal document and dossier of artifacts must be sent to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism before August 31, 2024.

According to Official Dispatch 1669 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in order to effectively protect, preserve and promote the value of national treasures, and at the same time continue to identify and select artifacts
with special and rare values typical of the country in terms of history, culture, and science , the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests relevant ministries, branches, localities, and units to strengthen the protection, preservation, and promotion of the value of national treasures. Organize the development, completion, and timely implementation of special protection plans for each national treasure.
