Ensure safety for tourists when swimming in the sea

Specifically, units and localities continue to advise and seriously and effectively implement Resolution No. 82/NQ-CP dated May 18, 2023 of the Government on key tasks and solutions to accelerate recovery and accelerate effective and sustainable tourism development. Require tourism businesses, management boards of tourist areas and destinations, and tourism service establishments in the area to strictly implement legal regulations on tourism and related laws; proactively inspect and upgrade facilities, service processes, ensure security, safety, and service quality for tourists; comply with regulations on fire prevention and fighting, ensure food safety and hygiene in tourism establishments; take measures to protect the tourism environment and strictly implement regulations on public price posting and selling at the correct listed price.

At the same time, strengthen inspection, examination, supervision, timely detection and strict handling of organizations and individuals that do not ensure tourism business conditions, tourism service quality standards; violations of tourism laws and related laws. Control the quality of tourism services in the area, especially travel services, accommodation, tourist transportation, tour guides, food and beverage and other tourism services at tourist areas, attractions and entertainment facilities.

Strengthen the implementation of measures to ensure security, order, safety, fire prevention, and food hygiene and safety in tourist areas and spots. Organize inspection, guidance, and traffic diversion, prevent accidents and congestion, and facilitate access to tourist areas and spots. Inspect, detect, prevent, and resolutely handle acts that cause unsafety for tourists, especially transporting tourists by car, inland waterway vehicles, etc.

Ensure public price listing, sell at the correct listed price to serve tourists

The Provincial People's Committee also requested to promote destinations, organize events to attract domestic and foreign tourists, and promote linkages in developing tourism products between localities and businesses. Strengthen propaganda on civilized tourism behavior at destinations. Ensure that tourist support centers and hotlines operate effectively, promptly provide information and resolve complaints from tourists in the area. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in the tourism sector; build and operate smart tourism systems to manage tourist destinations effectively, safely, civilly and friendly.
