Creating a creative playground for Da Nang youth

The project " Da Nang Youth innovates and creates initiatives for the community" in 2025 is implemented to implement the Youth Union and youth movement program in 2025; at the same time, it is within the framework of the Youth Union and children's movement program in Da Nang city in the 2024-2025 school year in cooperation with the United Nations Children's Fund UNICEF Vietnam.

The project has attracted the attention of many young people at high schools and continuingeducation centers in the city; creating a playground for innovation and creativity for young people, while searching for and promoting highly practical ideas in community projects.

Speaking at the program, comrade Nguyen Thi Anh Thao, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Da Nang City Youth Union Council, said that innovation activities are not only about applying technology, creating new products or services but also require changing the way of thinking about learning and teaching. In particular, the Gen Z generation with its sensitivity and creativity has quickly caught up and developed many breakthrough solutions.

Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union Nguyen Thi Anh Thao said that the seemingly simple and familiar ideas and initiatives at the contest, if widely replicated, will bring great benefits to the community in terms of both material and spiritual values.

"These ideas not only improve the quality of learning but also encourage students to actively participate in the learning process, explore and come up with their own initiatives for themselves and the community," said Nguyen Thi Anh Thao, Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union.

At the program, 24 project teams from high schools and continuing education centers in the city presented innovative projects for the community; demonstrating the skills trained in the program.

Specifically: Identifying common issues regarding the current status of innovation and community initiatives; project development and management skills; leadership and teamwork skills; presentation skills and critical thinking.

Within the framework of the project activities, the project teams participated in an online workshop to consult and complete the project, with the support of experts.

In addition, the project teams also visited and experienced some innovative models at Dong A University and Da Nang Museum.
