In recent years, many programs and plans on youth development in the Central Highlands have been issued and implemented effectively. In particular, the provinces pay special attention to improving the quality of vocational training, creating sustainable jobs, finding livelihood and career opportunities, and developing high-quality young human resources.
Identifying youth as a vanguard force with an important position and role, creativity and great potential, the provinces have paid attention to directing youth work with the goal of ensuring that the young have the conditions to develop in study and work with a creative, dynamic and developing spirit. Localities have issued many mechanisms and policies to ensure the implementation of rights, obligations and participation of youth in all areas of social life; mobilizing youth to participate in building the homeland.
To improve the quality of vocational training and create sustainable jobs; develop high-quality young human resources, the provinces have coordinated to effectively implement many practical activities suitable to the conditions of young people, especially young people in remote areas and ethnic minority areas.
In the Central Highlands, career counseling and job introduction for young people, especially high school students, are carried out in many forms. Among them, the most prominent is propaganda on vocational training policies, job creation, labor export, and exam support. Recently, localities have organized many dialogue programs between leaders and young people on the topics of vocational training, job creation, job counseling and introduction.
The program "Accompanying young people to start a business" has been implemented with interest by the Youth Unions of the Vietnam Youth Union in many forms. Thereby, it contributes to gathering and connecting progressive young people with the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, boldly starting a business, and supporting each other in production and business. The Youth Union organizes support for union members and young people in difficulty to borrow capital to invest in production and business, increase income, and stabilize life.
According to the assessment of the provinces in the region, through the accompanying and supporting activities from agencies, departments, branches and the community, the youth union members have been empowered to boldly innovate their thinking and actions, and have the will to rise up. This not only aims at the goal of having jobs, stable income, and legitimate enrichment, but also creates motivation and opportunities for them to contribute their youth to their homeland and country.
