Improve the effectiveness of emulation movements
Reporting at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of TKV Group Vu Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of TKV Group said that in the period of 2020 - 2025, TKV has thoroughly implemented the Party and State's instructions on emulation and reward work. Emulation movements are always organized practically and effectively, closely following the implementation of political tasks, key and urgent tasks of the Group and each unit; linking the labor and production emulation movement with "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".
Strengthening inspection and supervision work, the Party Committee and the General Director of the Group promptly issued resolutions and directives to continuously innovate, ensure practicality and improve the effectiveness of emulation movements as well as reward work.
Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Group, the close coordination and responsibility of mass organizations, many exciting emulation activities to motivate workers and laborers have been organized. The movements have really brought about effectiveness and created a unique feature of TKV Group in the emulation bloc of State-owned corporations and groups.
Typically, the emulation movement "Ensuring safety is the top priority, competing to comprehensively complete the annual business coordination plan, competing to save costs and reduce product prices for effective production and business"; "Creative labor, achieving the leading productivity of the Group with coal mining furnaces, fast tunneling teams, drilling teams, excavators, and large-tonnage trucks"; "Ensuring progress and quality of construction works and investment projects"; "Good labor - Creative labor, high income, thereby electing outstanding typical workers every quarter"; "Enterprise for workers"...
In addition, the commendation work is carried out by TKV Group in a public, transparent, timely and targeted manner, focusing on workers, direct laborers and grassroots groups; linking emulation movements with digital transformation, mechanization, automation, and technology application; discovering and replicating many typical examples, creating motivation and spreading the spirit of emulation throughout the Group.

Emulation movements have contributed to helping the Group complete and exceed the set targets. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the total revenue of the Group is 820,630 billion VND; total profit before tax is 34,008 billion VND; payment to the State budget is 120,326 billion VND; labor productivity, average growth rate is 7.8% / year. The average salary of employees in 2020 is 13.83 million VND/person/month and in 2024 is 18.56 million VND/person/month...
In particular, implementing Directive No. 41-CT/TW of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over emulation and reward work in the new situation and the guiding documents of the Party and State on emulation and reward work, TKV Group has deployed solutions to promote regular and specialized emulation movements with high efficiency, successfully implementing the resolution of the 4th Party Congress of the Group, term 2025 - 2030, with the goal of increasing the number of collectives and individuals receiving rewards by 5 - 10% compared to the period 2020 - 2025.
Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees and government leaders, closely coordinate with mass organizations in launching, organizing, implementing, inspecting and supervising the implementation of emulation movements. Continue to promote emulation movements, especially traditional movements of TKV; thereby discovering, building and nurturing advanced models to honor, reward and replicate to propose rewards at all levels. At the same time, continue to improve the quality of reward work, ensure the principle of accurate, public and transparent rewards; innovate reward forms; build emulation movements associated with the goal of digital transformation, developing "green mines, modern mines, high-output mines"...

Praising and congratulating the achievements and innovative efforts of the emulation and reward team of TKV Group in the period of 2020 - 2025, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan highly appreciated the tasks and solutions that the Group has proposed; suggested continuing to promote the good traditions of the Coal - Minerals industry, overcoming difficulties and weaknesses of the previous period, overcoming challenges, determined to successfully implement the goals and tasks assigned by the Party and State.
That is to become a strong economic group, maintain its position as one of the three pillars of energy, contributing to ensuring national energy security; proactively adapt to new development trends in the world such as digital economy, green economy, circular economy; develop sustainably and effectively on the basis of exploitation, deep processing and economical use of resources, associated with the responsibility of environmental protection, climate change adaptation and Vietnam's international commitment, which is to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
To contribute to achieving those goals and tasks, the Vice President requested that the Group continue to innovate and improve the quality of emulation and reward work in accordance with the spirit of Directive 41-CT/TW of the Politburo, ensuring quality, efficiency, substance, and closeness to task requirements.
"Emulation movements need to focus on overcoming limitations, creating breakthroughs and sustainable development for the Group. Reward work needs to focus on workers, direct laborers, small groups, production teams; launch emulation and reward achievements in applying science and technology, innovation, increasing productivity, quality, ensuring the highest level of labor safety, environmental protection...", the Vice President emphasized.
Along with that, the Group's cadres, workers and employees continue to promote the tradition of the Vietnamese working class in the new period, constantly improving their knowledge, skills and professional expertise, actively contributing to building the Group to become increasingly strong, making worthy contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
Receiving the direction of the Vice President, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Members of TKV Group Ngo Hoang Ngan requested all cadres, workers and employees of the Group to be proud of its tradition, discipline, unity, uphold the spirit of responsibility and creativity in each job and each position so that each individual and each unit becomes a typical factor in the emulation movement; promote the application of science and technology, comprehensive digital transformation, build green, modern, high-yield mines, and turn the Group into a digital enterprise by 2030.
Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen solidarity and close coordination between units, promote the role of political and social organizations; focus on occupational safety and hygiene and environmental protection, implement the goal of bright, green, clean, ensure production and business in harmony with the environment and the community. Promote practical, effective emulation movements, replicate models, create, improve, improve productivity and quality of work. Through emulation movements, promptly detect and foster typical factors, promptly commend and reward to motivate workers to strive, strive to complete assigned tasks well...
