Overview of the training session
The training session was attended by leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, all officials and civil servants of the Department and experts of the Department of Science and Technology. On the side of the coordinating units, there was Mr. Luong Tuan Hung - Director of the Digital Technology Center, Department of Science and Technology of Lang Son province; representatives of Hanoi Polytechnic Consulting and Development Company Limited - the unit that developed and deployed the solution of Virtual Assistant for civil servants in Lang Son.
At the training session, technical experts introduced an overview of the Xu Lang Digital Civil Servant Virtual Assistant - a digital solution applying artificial intelligence (AI), designed to support officials and civil servants in looking up information, reminding tasks, making plans, accessing data quickly and conveniently, and especially communicating in natural language.

In particular, Xu Lang Digital Civil Servant Virtual Assistant also has the ability to learn and remember the usage habits of each user to increasingly optimize its support for daily work.
Officials and civil servants attending the training were directly instructed on how to log into the system, practice basic operations such as searching for documents, sending requests to virtual assistants, etc., helping them quickly grasp the system's features and effectively apply them to actual work.
The exchange and discussion section with many questions focused on the integration ability between Virtual Assistant and current management software system; information security level; proposed additional utilities such as searching specialized databases of ethnic groups, religions, etc. Representatives of the Provincial Digital Technology Center and the development unit acknowledged the comments and committed to continue updating and perfecting the system according to practical needs.
At the end of the training session, the representative of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions emphasized: "The application of Virtual Assistants in the working environment of officials and civil servants is not only an important step in the digital transformation process of the industry, but also an inevitable requirement to improve the efficiency of operations and management, shorten work processing time, and contribute to the formation of a team of professional and modern civil servants."
Through the training session, officials and civil servants of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions have improved their awareness and skills in accessing and using digital technology tools in handling public affairs. This is an important initial step, contributing to realizing the goal of building a modern, transparent and professional administration in Lang Son province.
