Training on national defense and security knowledge for officers, target 3

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Xuan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command delivered the opening speech of the training course.

The Ben Tre Provincial Defense and Security Education Council has just organized a training course on defense and security knowledge for subjects 3, for officers and professional soldiers of the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Border Guard Command.

From July 11 to 13, 2023, 56 trainees who are officers with ranks from Major to Lieutenant Colonel of the two forces of the Public Security and the Military will learn and research the following contents: Viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam on national security and building a people's security posture in the new situation; Viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam on ethnicity and religion; Socio-economic development associated with strengthening and consolidating national defense and security, managing and protecting the sovereignty of Vietnam's borders and islands in the new situation; Viewpoints and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam on foreign affairs associated with national defense and security in the new situation; Issues on building provincial and district defense zones; Law on national defense and security education.
