E-commerce awareness training

On the morning of August 18, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with Thai Nguyen University of Information Technology and Communications to organize a training course on e-commerce for professional department staff of communes and wards; enterprises and cooperatives in the province.

By participating in the training course, students are equipped with basic knowledge and practical skills related to global e-commerce trends; an overview of domestic and international platforms; steps to participate in online sales; instructions on advertising, Livestream to reach customers; exploiting the TikTok Shop platform to boost product consumption...

In addition, the program also introduces the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-commerce, as well as legal regulations and policies that must be complied with when participating in trading floors.

The lecturer gives an overview of the current operating trends of e-commerce platforms.

Through the training course, trainees will gain more knowledge and skills in applying digital technology and using online platforms; at the same time, they will be guided in performing administrative procedures in the field of e-commerce.

The training course is also a forum for State management agencies to have appropriate orientations and support solutions, contributing to promoting digital transformation and digital economic development in the province.
