On September 19, Steering Committee 35 of Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee held a training conference on professional work to protect the Party's ideological foundation and fight against erroneous and hostile views in 2024.

Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Trung Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee 35; leaders of Center 386, Command 86; cadres and leaders of agencies, units and localities; members, expert groups, secretarial teams assisting the Provincial and District Steering Committee 35; collaborators of the Provincial Steering Committee 35, social opinion collaborators of the District and City Party Committees.

During the 1-day period, the delegates were informed by the reporter about 3 topics including: The current situation of religion and belief in Kon Tum province, the tasks and solutions to handle religious and belief issues associated with protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views; Identifying the plots and sabotage tricks of hostile and reactionary forces on the Internet and social networks today; Some issues that need to be noted in implementing the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the province in the coming time.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Trung Hai requested localities and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and concretize Conclusion No. 89-KL/TW, dated July 25, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Politburo; delegates need to actively study and concretize the core contents of the topics to flexibly and creatively apply them to the specific conditions of each agency, locality and unit.
