On the morning of October 31, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Department of E-commerce - Digital Economy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) to organize a training conference on e-commerce application for enterprises, cooperatives, production and business households in the province.
Experts from the Center for E-commerce Development impart knowledge at the conference.
Nearly 300 enterprises, cooperatives, and production and business households have OCOP products, typical and key agricultural products, and typical rural industrial products. The delegates were informed by experts from the Center for E-commerce Development, the Department of E-commerce - Digital Economy about legal regulations, basic knowledge about e-commerce, trends, current situation and business application skills on major e-commerce platforms at home and abroad. In particular, enterprises, cooperatives, production and business households have access to skills to build online marketing strategies in the forms of: videos, blogs, infographics, ebooks, text, photos. Social media marketing activities on platforms such as zalo, facebook, youtube, instagram, tiktok to achieve effectiveness; on promoting, introducing products, services and converting them into purchase and sale orders. In addition, experts also guide effective brand development and business skills, booth design, and SEO-optimized product posting on some famous e-commerce platforms with large sales.

The Department of Industry and Trade hopes that with practical knowledge and skills on e-commerce, it will help businesses, cooperatives, production and business households in the province grasp and master a modern trade channel to promote product consumption in the coming time.
