Training on applying artificial intelligence ChatGPT in population and development work 2025

In order to promote the implementation of digital transformation tasks and implement the Smart Healthcare Development project of the Health sector according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, on the afternoon of June 9, the Department of Population of Da Nang city held a training session on "Application of artificial intelligence ChatGPT in population and development work in 2025" with the participation of nearly 100 population officials and civil servants at all levels in the city.

MSc. Phung Thi Huong Hanh - Head of the Department of Population of Da Nang city delivered the opening speech of the training session.

In her opening speech, Ms. Phung Thi Huong Hanh - Head of the Da Nang City Population Office emphasized: "The application of digital technologies, especially artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, will help improve the efficiency of population activities, from communication, document compilation, word processing to quickly answering people's questions, even analyzing data and proposing ideas. Mastering and proficiently applying ChatGPT will help you save time, reduce pressure, and improve work efficiency, especially in the context of population officers at the grassroots level having to take on many tasks, with an increasingly large workload." This is also a practical activity to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

At the training session, trainees were instructed by MSc. Vo Chi Trung - Head of TCHCKHTV, Department of Population on how to use ChatGPT in daily work, including drafting plans, writing communication content, building direct communication scripts and processing documents quickly and accurately.
