Focus on perfecting the Party organization in sync with the arrangement of the organizational apparatus - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- Along with the drastic implementation of the work of streamlining the apparatus of the political system, Party committees from the provincial to district levels have directed the urgent implementation of the work of arranging and perfecting the Party organization to ensure synchronization and conformity with the apparatus organization.

Pursuant to Conclusion No. 09 dated November 24, 2024 of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee, the provincial Party Committee has directed specialized agencies to coordinate and advise on the development of a project to rearrange party and government agencies at the provincial and district levels according to the orientation. The work of perfecting the party organization is being carried out in parallel, synchronously and uniformly.

Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Deputy Standing Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies presented the decision and presented flowers to congratulate the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and leaders of the advisory and support departments of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.

As for the provincial level, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, the Party delegations, and the provincial Party Executive Committee have ceased their activities. Instead, the Provincial Party Executive Committee issued a decision to establish two new Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, including the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies. Immediately after their establishment, the Party Committees issued decisions related to the establishment of specialized advisory boards to assist in the work and appoint leaders of the boards.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee (full-time) informed: The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee currently consists of 36 grassroots party organizations with 3,660 party members. The Party Committee currently has advisory boards to assist, including the organization board, the propaganda and mass mobilization board, the inspection board, the office... Up to this point, the Party Committee has issued 5 resolutions, 88 decisions, 262 official dispatches... to implement the tasks; at the same time, it directs grassroots party organizations to quickly stabilize the organization, issue working regulations, and develop work programs.

Or at the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, immediately after its establishment, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Party Executive Committee reviewed, submitted and were decided by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to appoint 4 comrades as deputy heads of the staff agencies assisting the Party Committee to participate in the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the first term, 2020-2025. At the same time, directing the grassroots Party Committees to decide to establish and appoint the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, and deputy secretary.

Similarly, at the district level, as soon as specialized departments under the district People's Committee were established, the work of arranging and perfecting the party organization was also carried out synchronously.

Leaders of Van Quan District Party Committee presented decisions to representatives of newly established Party cells.

For example, in Huu Lung, in parallel with the arrangement of specialized departments, specialized department party cells were established. One of the specialized department party cells that quickly stabilized and began operating was the Party Cell of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Mr. Cao Van Hoa, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Huu Lung district said: The Party Cell was established with 26 Party members, the Party Cell Executive Committee consisted of 3 comrades. Immediately after its establishment, on March 21, the Party Cell held its first meeting. The main content of the meeting was mainly related to the assignment of tasks to cadres and Party members of the Party Cell after the merger. In the spirit of promoting democracy, the Party Cell received many contributions to make the leadership and direction unified and effective.

Like Huu Lung, in districts and cities, specialized department branches have been established, in sync with the organizational arrangement of the political system.

According to statistics, the province currently has 16 party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, with 719 grassroots party organizations (a decrease of 23 grassroots party organizations compared to December 2024). With the attention and leadership of Party committees at all levels, the work of perfecting and arranging party organizations at the grassroots level has been carried out strictly and in accordance with regulations, promoting the role of the political nucleus in leading, directing and implementing tasks.

After the reorganization and consolidation, the units continued to focus on consolidating and implementing solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the activities of newly established or newly reorganized party organizations such as: strengthening political and ideological education; effectively implementing resolutions on party organization and building, especially the preparation for organizing party congresses at all levels; strictly implementing regulations on party activities... thereby contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations, promoting socio-economic development, consolidating national defense and security, creating a premise for successfully implementing the resolutions set forth by party congresses at all levels.
