Tasco has a new CEO.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Tasco Joint Stock Company has appointed Mr. Ngo Duc Vu as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Hoang Minh Hung as General Director, effective June 20th.

On June 20th, Tasco Joint Stock Company (stock code: HUT) issued a resolution electing Mr. Ngo Duc Vu as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and appointing Mr. Hoang Minh Hung as General Director to manage the company's operations.

According to Tasco, this decision is part of a strategy to diversify the experience and expertise of its senior leadership team, promote innovation, connect the One Tasco system with partners, and serve customers throughout the product and service lifecycle, with strong support from technology.

Specifically, Mr. Ngo Duc Vu, currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Savico, will participate in developing and implementing long-term strategies to improve the operational efficiency of the core strategic areas of the system at Tasco.

Mr. Hoang Minh Hung, introduced with nearly 20 years of experience in the information technology field, will join the Executive Board in leading digital transformation initiatives at Tasco. The focus will be on optimizing the supply chain, improving service quality and customer experience through the application of advanced technologies in automation, AI, and Big Data.

Prior to joining Tasco, Mr. Hung served as General Director at DNP Water Joint Stock Company and successfully implemented digital transformation. He has also been a senior consultant on Tasco's Technology Committee since 2024, dedicating significant time to researching and optimizing data for the automotive and smart transportation infrastructure industries.

Mr. Hung also spent many years in charge of research and development, consulting on solution architecture, and deploying application systems for the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors atFPT IS.

In addition, during this transition, Mr. Ho Viet Ha will step down from his position as General Director and continue to work with Tasco as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, focusing on strategic projects in luxury cars and expanding international partnerships.
