The collateral for the debt is the restaurant ship Elisa, which is anchored at Saigon Port (HCMC) and a Toyota Camry SE 3.5 car.

In March 2025, the 5-star restaurant ship Elisa was put up for sale once.

Elisa is introduced as the only and largest 5-star floating restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a restaurant ship capable of accommodating 1,000 guests at a time, with 5 floors and many separate spaces.

Unlike other restaurant ships, Elisa does not move but is anchored at the dock.
