Tay Ninh started construction of My Hanh social housing project to welcome the Provincial Party Congress

On the morning of October 7, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee held the groundbreaking ceremony of the My Hanh Social Housing Project. This is one of three key projects to be started and inaugurated to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Attending the ceremony were Politburo member, former President Truong Tan Sang; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee together with leaders of departments, branches, localities and representatives of enterprises, investors, and project implementation partners.

Currently , Tay Ninh province has been approved by the Prime Minister for 59 industrial parks with a total area of ​​over 16,800 hectares and 82 industrial clusters with an area of ​​over 4,500 hectares, attracting nearly 470,000 workers living and working in the industrial parks and clusters. However, the demand for social housing is still very large, while the number of existing social housing projects is still limited.

The Social Housing Project in My Hanh Commune, invested by Phuong Mai Long An Joint Stock Company, is built on a land area of ​​over 1.8 hectares, including 3 27-storey apartment buildings, with a total of 1,646 apartments. The residential area will be fully integrated with infrastructure and amenities such as: kindergarten, swimming pool, green park, parking lot, playground and community facilities - aiming at the goal of sustainable development, friendly to the environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut also said: "During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, we have clearly seen the shortcomings in the living conditions of workers in boarding houses. Therefore, the province has developed and implemented projects and policies to develop social housing, create clean land funds and call on capable businesses to participate in investment. The fact that Phuong Mai Long An Joint Stock Company started the project today demonstrates its support for the government in social security work. "
