Luu Cong Tuan Kiet - Self-study spirit and outstanding debating ability.
With a score of 8.0 in the IELTS certificate exam in the summer of grade 7, among many options, Luu Cong Tuan Kiet (class 12V TH School Vinh) decided to study at TH School Vinh. Studying in a professional environment, freely developing his own abilities in a fair and transparent manner according to international standards, in the first graduating class of TH School Vinh, Luu Cong Tuan Kiet stood out with his spirit of self-study and enthusiasm, not afraid of challenges to improve himself.
Ever since entering TH School Vinh, studying abroad in the US has been a future path that Luu Cong Tuan Kiet and his family have set a goal to strive for. During his time at the school, he has continuously made his mark with impressive academic and extracurricular achievements. Not only did he achieve 1520/1600 SAT (top 1% in the world ) and advance to the final round of the World Scholar's Cup 2023 held at Yale University (USA), Tuan Kiet also won a series of awards in national and international debate.
Luu Cong Tuan Kiet has excellently achieved an 80% scholarship from Fulbright University, an 85% scholarship from VinUniversity and an 85% scholarship from the University of Alabama (USA).
Vu Sy Nam Anh - Great ambition: Building a domestic medical equipment production line
Vu Sy Nam Anh - a young man from the first generation of TH School Vinh, impressed not only with his impressive academic achievements, but also with a great ambition - to build a domestic medical equipment production line to reduce hospital fees and help Vietnamese people access modern medical services.
To reach his dream, during his time studying at TH School Vinh, Nam Anh has constantly trained and strived with relentless efforts. After 3 years of training in an English-speaking learning environment, the ambitious young man has achieved many impressive results: IELTS 8.0, top 4% in the world in IGCSE Maths and Science , top 11% in Business Studies, and 3 absolute A points in AS level. He is also a very active participant in projects, volunteer activities of the school and is the president of the Student Union. Nam Anh has excellently achieved a 90% scholarship from Vin University, majoring in Business Administration.
Nguyen Bui Tu Uyen - Passion and talent in STEM field
With her passion for STEM, Nguyen Bui Tu Uyen has successfully conquered 8 prestigious universities in the US and won many high scholarships with a total value of more than 30 billion VND. Notably, Tu Uyen's talent in the STEM field is also recognized by Purdue University - one of the oldest and most famous aerospace technology training schools in the US, ranked 89th in the world (according to QS World University Ranking 2025).
In the future, Tu Uyen hopes to work in a field that combines engineering and technology, such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation or Software Engineering, and affirm the capacity of women in STEM. “I believe that advances in these fields will shape the future, and I want to be a part of that development. Besides, I am also very interested in issues related to medicine and biology, so I am learning more about how engineering can be applied to develop solutions in these fields,” Tu Uyen shared.
Nguyen Duy Loc – Scored 34/36 on ACT (top 1.25% in the world)
Nguyen Duy Loc is one of the outstanding faces in the first graduating class of TH School Vinh. Having passed the Chemistry exam and received an admission letter from a famous public specialized school in Ha Tinh city, Nguyen Duy Loc decided to choose TH School Vinh to continue his high school journey.
After 3 years of studying at TH School, Loc has become independent and proactive in his studies to achieve admirable achievements, typically: achieving a score of 34/36 ACT with perfect scores in Math and Science (ranked in the top 1.25% in the world) and receiving a 100% scholarship at Hong Kong Baptist University.
Not only striving to achieve maximum scores in exams, Nguyen Duy Loc is also an active young man in extracurricular and volunteer activities such as teaching children at SOS Children's Village and giving gifts to children at Sister Terexa Orphanage.
Nguyen Thuy Gia Han - Successfully hunted for a scholarship to study medicine and pharmacy abroad
Nguyen Thuy Gia Han was one of the first students of TH School and received a 50% scholarship. At that time, 50% was the highest scholarship awarded to students with the best entrance exam scores.
Choosing to study at TH School Vinh while having passed the entrance exam to Huynh Thuc Khang High School, Han shared: "I want to study in an environment that helps me to open myself up, with methods and curriculum that encourage personal development, instead of pressure on grades."
In September, Gia Han will enroll in the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy at Debrecen University (Hungary) with a 50% scholarship. This is also the top 3 school in Hungary for medical and pharmaceutical training. “Studying at TH School Vinh is the right choice for me, because if I hadn't studied in an international environment at TH School, I probably would never have thought about hunting for a scholarship to study medicine and pharmacy abroad and achieved the results I have today,” Han shared. Originally planning to study Business Administration - a major loved by many dynamic young people, but during her years studying at TH School, studying in the Cambridge international program in English and being inspired by Ms. Uyen - Chemistry teacher at TH School, Han began to find her passion for Chemistry and no longer felt that this was a dry, "difficult" subject like before. From low scores in Chemistry, with the support of teachers as well as proactively building a learning strategy to improve my performance and knowledge, I successfully passed the entrance exam and conquered the most demanding examiners on the other side of the world to study at a prestigious medical school.
Nguyen Gia Phu/Nguyen Gia Khang - twin brothers from the South
In September 2022, from Ho Chi Minh City, Dr. Tran Thi Kim Tuyen - a teacher at Saigon University, brought her twin sons to Nghe An - a completely unfamiliar land. "TH School Vinh is the perfect choice after researching and considering many options," Ms. Kim Tuyen shared.
Three years of studying in an international environment at TH School Vinh has opened up a meaningful journey for the twin brothers from the South – not only an academic journey, but also a journey of maturity in thinking, personality and aspirations in life. The two brothers have had 1 international scientific research article Index Scopus 2025 (Chapter 8. Pages 143-166, IGI Global Publisher's books), completed A-level exams, and achieved international TOEFL iBT certificates with 4 skills. (Nguyen Gia Khang achieved 101 points/120 scores, Nguyen Gia Phu achieved 104 points/120 scores).
