Export buses to Thailand

At the event, DAIMLER Thailand representatives introduced in detail the design, technology and outstanding features of the Mercedes-Benz RS 1936 bus model manufactured at the THACO Bus factory.

The car model is the latest generation product, manufactured according to modern technological processes and strictly monitored, meeting Mercedes-Benz global quality standards. This is a version exclusively for the Thai market, researched and developed by THACO AUTO on the Mercedes-Benz RS 1936 chassis platform.

The vehicle has a bold European design, powerful performance, superior safety systems and many outstanding amenities. The ZF Traxon - AMT automatic transmission is specially designed for buses, providing smooth gear shifting with pneumatic power steering.

Upgraded safety features such as: blind spot warning, collision warning, adaptive cruise control, emergency stop signal lights...

In addition, the group's R&D Center team has researched and optimally adjusted the chassis structure, ensuring rigidity and flexible control, suitable for actual operating conditions in Thailand.

On this occasion, Mercedes-Benz bus distributors in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thai customers have the opportunity to experience test driving; directly visit bus spare parts factories and modern technological lines with strict quality control processes at THACO Bus factory; and at the same time learn about the new generation bus product line-up.

Product development according to European standards
