Community Digital Technology Team members support people to install digital applications and use online public services
After more than 1 month of implementation and operation, the 2-level local government model of Thai Nguyen province has initially stabilized and promoted operational efficiency. According to the report on the Monitoring and Evaluation System for the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Thai Nguyen province is among 26/34 provinces and cities in the "ready" state; 63/92 communes and wards of the province have achieved the required "green" coverage rate, with no communes or wards in the "red" alert state. Regarding the rate of online application submission, the province reached 68.91% (ranked 20/34 provinces and cities).
In order to contribute to increasing the rate of online records in the province, and at the same time promptly completing the targets and tasks as required in Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW, the Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee directs: Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards to closely and resolutely direct and implement, striving for the rate of online public service records to reach 80% or more, with the required deadline to complete before August 20, 2025. At the same time, direct civil servants and public employees assigned to be focal points for performing the task of controlling administrative procedures to proactively, regularly monitor and promptly update the decisions on promulgating administrative procedures of central ministries and branches to advise on publicly announcing the list of administrative procedures; promote propaganda, guidance and direct support for people and businesses to carry out online administrative procedures; Arrange adequate human resources, facilities, and information technology equipment to ensure the reception and settlement of administrative procedures to serve people and businesses according to regulations.
The Department of Science and Technology mobilizes the maximum human resources of the unit, closely coordinates with the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Mobifone 's technical staff, along with the Youth Union members and youths to directly go to communes and wards to support and guide staff at the Public Administration Service Center to deploy and use the system; coordinates with Mobifone to ensure that the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System operates stably, smoothly, with secure information and data, without interruption in the process of serving people and businesses.
For the People's Committees of communes and wards, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to continue reviewing and speeding up the implementation of tasks to ensure the completion of the prescribed criteria, striving for 100% of communes and wards to be "green" before August 25, 2025; mobilizing the maximum force of union members, youth, members of the Community Digital Technology Group, information technology - telecommunications enterprises to support and guide people and enterprises to access, submit and resolve administrative procedures through online public services.
