Of the total plots with approved plans, the locality has 13 households that have not yet received money (Binh Quy commune 11 households, Binh Tri commune 1 household, Binh Lanh commune 1 household). By June 10, Thang Binh had handed over 15.5/17.4km of land clearance length.
Particularly at the railway overpass construction site (Binh Quy commune), Thang Binh has approved compensation plans for 54/59 households with a total amount of more than 12 billion VND. Of these, 48 households have received money and committed to handing over the site; 6 households have not received money, but 2 households have allowed the contractor to start construction.
The district People's Committee said that for the area of land acquisition and clearance outside the railway overpass, the locality is assessing the compensation plan and supporting 181 households. After approving the plan, the compensation and site acquisition unit of Thang Binh will continue to coordinate with the commune and related units to work with households to pay money and hand over the site. In case the household does not hand over the site, a report will be made to propose enforcement according to regulations.
At the railway overpass, the compensation and site clearance unit continued to coordinate with the People's Committee of Binh Quy commune and related units to work with 24 households who had received money and signed commitments to request the dismantling of assets and handover of land within the approved strip.
The district also requested Project Management Board 4 (project management unit, under the Vietnam Road Administration) to direct the construction unit to coordinate dismantling and construction to create a clear route; in case households do not hand over the site, a report should be made to propose enforcement according to regulations.
Also located at the railway overpass construction site, two households, Luong Cuc and Nguyen Van Duy An, have submitted plans for approval but have not yet been approved. Therefore, the District People's Committee has requested the People's Committee of Binh Quy Commune and the District Land Registration Office Branch to inspect and measure the current status and adjust changes as a basis for preparing compensation records in accordance with legal regulations.
In the case of the two households Dang Xuan Anh and Dang Trung Thanh, the time for posting the plan and collecting opinions from households ended and was submitted for approval on June 10, 2025.
