Looking back at the early days when she shouldered many responsibilities alone, the businesswoman herself realized that it was hard and stressful. Compared to the current business model with many employees, at first she coordinated the work very "instinctively", so she made many mistakes. That was the "hard-won experience" that helped the 9x female President mature into who she is today.

Thanks to her great colleagues, now every time she chooses to rest, the businesswoman does not need to check her work progress. "Now I have more time to rest because I understand better and know how to assign work to my colleagues appropriately. I am a person with many ideas, so sometimes I make my colleagues 'overwhelmed'. Therefore, my rest also creates 'breathing space' for my colleagues to implement the ideas and tasks I assign in a neat and effective manner," the female president shared.

Shynh Group's President also said that when she rests, she will have new sources of energy and creative ideas. She usually wakes up at around 5am. On working days, her daily activities will be preparing for meetings. On her days off, she exercises, reads books and enjoys relaxing time or services at Shynh Group.

Once changed my mind with just one sentence from an employee

Leading a "big ship" through many challenges, President Le Thi Xuan has always been an ideal role model for her employees. During the past 10 years, her colleagues have respected her and especially feared that her emotions would be affected during work. She said that she coordinates her work with 90% reason and 10% emotion.

"There is a saying from a manager who has been with me for 10 years, that is, from the very beginning, that I will always remember: 'Sometimes our pressure is not KPI or numbers, but your emotions and mood. Because we are afraid that you will be sad, we always try to do our best at work'. That saying really touched Shynh, and made me change a little. I realized that sometimes there are things that should not be too drastic, so that you can calmly handle the work," the female president confided.

She also revealed that she is very proud that the members working at Shynh Group are all committed to the business. "Some employees did not work well at times, but I still kept them and did not fire them. I learned that sometimes there are things that do not bring profit, but from another perspective, are good for brand building. When employees understand that I am emotional, you want to stick together, and build a cohesive collective, isn't that a thousand times more 'profitable'?", affirmed Chairwoman Le Thi Xuan.

"Happy women, happy family"

Leading a large corporation, however, President Le Thi Xuan knows how to balance work and personal life: "Shynh herself is a person who likes to be taken care of, no matter how strong a woman you are, you still want this. There is a very good saying that 'a happy woman, a happy family'. And for a woman to be happy, she must definitely receive care. That is also the mission of Shynh Group, always bringing women great experiences from both physical and mental health".

The female president admits that she is a person with many shortcomings, but is fortunate to have a husband and colleagues who wholeheartedly support her. Rarely revealing anything about her husband, she said: "He is a strong 'rear' both mentally and at work. He is currently holding an important position in the Group. With him by my side, I have someone to listen to, ask for advice and contribute to things that sometimes subordinates cannot do."

Even though they have been together for 11 years, her husband always gives her the same feeling as when they first fell in love: "That's what makes me feel secure. Sometimes, women just need to feel safe in a relationship like that to be motivated to develop their careers."

The female president's secret to keeping the fire burning in her marriage is subtlety. "Understand what your husband likes and dislikes so you can adjust. Always bringing comfort and ease to your partner will definitely make them want to come home more," she said.
