Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee requested the Youth Union in communes and wards in the province to focus on widely propagating, in many forms, regulations on natural disaster prevention and control; regularly monitor and promptly grasp the developments of storm No. 3 to promptly propagate and warn on the websites and social networks of the Union, Association...

In particular, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee requested 100% of the Youth Unions of communes and wards to consolidate, strengthen, and establish new "Youth Volunteer Shock Teams", ready to participate in supporting activities to respond to and overcome the consequences of storms and floods after storms.

Along with that, each cadre, union member and youth is a channel of information and propaganda on storm prevention and control; ready to respond, support and participate in overcoming consequences when incidents occur; proactively promote the spirit of shock, volunteerism and creativity of youth in implementing the motto " 4 on-site" (on-site command; on-site forces; on-site materials and means; on-site logistics) associated with the practical conditions of each locality and unit.
