Establishment of Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office

On the afternoon of July 2, in Tuy Hoa ward, Dak Lak province's Social Policy Bank Branch held a conference to announce the decision to establish Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office and personnel work.

Attending the Conference were the Board of Directors, leaders of functional departments of the Dak Lak Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch, along with leaders of the Party Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and socio-political organizations of Tuy Hoa ward.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on the establishment of the Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office under the Dak Lak Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies from July 1, 2025. The Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Office is a dependent accounting unit, has its own seal, is organized and operates according to the regulations of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

Leaders of Dak Lak Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Ms. Dang Thi Au, Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch and Director of Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office.

The representative of the Organizing Committee also announced the decisions of the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on the transfer, appointment and assignment of tasks to staff.

Accordingly, Ms. Dang Thi Au, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies, is assigned to hold the position of Director of the Phu Yen Transaction Office of the Bank for Social Policies from July 1, 2025 until a replacement decision is made.

Transfer and appoint the position of Deputy Director of Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office for Ms. Truong Thi Vien and Mr. Le Anh Nhan; transfer and appoint Head of Synthesis Team of Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office for Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong; transfer and appoint Head of Planning - Business Team of Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office for Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Tuyen; transfer and appoint Head of Accounting - Treasury Team of Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office for Ms. Tang Nguyen Hong An.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also announced decisions on the transfer and appointment of staff of the former Phu Yen Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch to work at transaction offices and professional departments of the Dak Lak Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch.

Leaders of Dak Lak Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch presented decisions on transfer and appointment to the Board of Directors and Heads of professional groups of Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office.

In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Dao Thai Hoa, Acting Director of the Dak Lak Province Social Policy Bank Branch, requested that the officers and employees who were mobilized, appointed, and received new tasks quickly stabilize their mindset and organization, immediately start performing their tasks, not to interrupt policy credit activities in the area, ensure capital reaches the right subjects, and promote efficiency. Mr. Hoa hopes that the local government will continue to create favorable conditions for the Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office to operate, ensuring security and safety during transactions.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Dang Thi Au expressed her honor to be entrusted with new tasks and responsibilities by the leaders of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the Dak Lak Branch of the Bank for Social Policies. In her new position, the new Director of the Phu Yen Transaction Office of the Bank for Social Policies promised to continue to learn, improve her political qualities, professional qualifications, and promote the spirit of solidarity with the unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Phu Yen manages policy credit activities in the wards of Phu Yen, Tuy Hoa, and Binh Kien, with a total outstanding debt of nearly 600 billion VND, 319 savings and loan groups, and more than 14,500 households with outstanding debt.
