The reduced capital from the above projects and works will be supplemented for 8 projects with high completion volume but lacking capital such as: Investment project to build technical infrastructure for new residential areas in Thu Phap village, Doan Ket commune; construction of the Thanh Mien district combat base command post; renovation of the access road and reception area of ​​Co Island eco-tourism area; district land inventory in 2024...

The capital transfer aims to speed up disbursement progress, improve capital usage efficiency, and minimize the extension of capital payment to the following year.
