On November 11, the Youth Union Working Committee, under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, coordinated with Son La Provincial Youth Union and TikTok Shop to organize a series of activities: Training Conference to improve skills in selling OCOP products through digital media for rural youth, Forum "Exploiting the potential of digital economy in promoting OCOP products" and Son La OCOP Fair associated with the KOLs Festival to promote regional agricultural products to promote trade and improve the digital capacity of local small and medium enterprises.

A training conference to enhance skills in selling OCOP products through digital media for rural youth was held, aiming to equip digital skills for young people in Son La province to apply technology to communicate and spread local culture.

At the training conference, Mr. Hoang Tuan Phong, owner of TikTok channel Ong Phong Phe, shared practical knowledge and experience on orientation and determining personal values ​​when building a brand on a digital platform, which are important and basic requirements when producing content.

At the same time, Mr. Luong Van Tuan, owner of TikTok channel Luong Van Tuan ongbocute, a typical seller in Son La, also shared practical skills on livestreaming and selling agricultural products on TikTok Shop for local youth.

Within the framework of the program, on the afternoon of November 11, a Forum on enhancing transformation in communication and promotion of OCOP products by young people took place with the content "Exploiting the potential of digital economy in promoting OCOP products". The Forum had the participation of Mr. Lo Manh Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Union of Son La province, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan, representative of TikTok Shop Vietnam. For content creators, there was the participation of Mr. Hoang Tuan Phong, Mr. Luong Van Tuan, Mr. Tran Viet Anh.

For the first time, the forum discussed the concept of "One KOL per commune" in the context of digital transformation and creative economy, aiming to form and build a community of local youth creating digital content, digitizing indigenous culture to preserve, promote and exploit for local economic development.

When technology touches culture, it will not only preserve cultural values ​​but also renew them to survive in the future. When young people become storytellers, "digital ambassadors", each local story will continue to spread strongly.

As part of a series of events, the program "OCOP Fair associated with promoting regional agricultural products" has the mission of promoting the beauty and cultural characteristics of regions, while contributing to promoting e-commerce for OCOP products and Vietnamese agricultural products on digital platforms.

With a large number of followers, just after 12 hours of posting, videos produced by content creators with the hashtag #DacSanSonLa quickly attracted more than 10 million views, contributing to spreading cultural values ​​and promoting the good traditions of the locality.

In particular, the LIVE sessions of the Son La OCOP Market on the channels Luong Van Tuan ongbocute and Anh Doai Den Day, took place on the TikTok platform from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025, bringing more than 20 products from 10 OCOP entities, businesses, vendors and production facilities in Son La province.

Thanks to the good coordination between content creators and local sellers, the total LIVE session reached more than 3 million views, more than 496 thousand people watched the LIVE session live, and sold nearly 300 orders.
