Provincial People's Committee members approved many important contents

On September 11, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi chaired a meeting of the Provincial People's Committee members to approve contents within his authority.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Vo Van Canh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; H'Yim Kđoh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thien Van, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments and branches.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing, contributing opinions and unanimously approved the draft Resolution on adjusting the investment policy of the Ea Kar District Administrative Center Construction and Leveling Project for the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council at the 10th Special Session. Specifically: adjusting the recovered area for project implementation from 41 hectares to 49.62 hectares and adjusting the total investment from 44.4 billion VND to 64.9 billion VND.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi spoke at the meeting.

The meeting also unanimously approved the Proposal on the proposal to issue a Resolution extending the implementation period until the end of the 2023-2024 school year for Resolution No. 12/2022/NQ-HDND, dated August 24, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council on tuition fees from the 2022-2023 school year for public preschool and general education institutions in Dak Lak province.

Members of the Provincial People's Committee attending the meeting spent a lot of time analyzing, contributing opinions and unanimously approving the contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee, specifically the draft Decision amending and supplementing a number of contents of Decision No. 10/2023/QD-UBND, dated March 10, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on amending and supplementing a number of contents of Decision No. 10/2020/QD-UBND, dated April 13, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on regulating unit prices for compensation and support for crops in Dak Lak province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van spoke at the meeting.

In which, the following contents are amended and supplemented: "Do not apply the collection and utilization of concentrated forestry trees; assets after compensation by the State must be collected and auctioned according to regulations" in Clause 1, Article 1; "Concentrated forest trees: Natural forests and planted forests" and "The measurement of wood, stumps, roots, and sawn timber shall apply Circular No. 27/2018/TT-BNNPTNT, dated November 16, 2018 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regulating the management and traceability of forest products" in Clause 4, Article 1; amend and supplement some contents in Article 2.

Director of the Department of Justice Thang contributed to the draft resolutions.

Director of the Department of Justice Pham Thi Hong Thang contributed to the draft resolutions.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi requested the unit in charge of drafting the above contents to urgently adjust and complete the documents to ensure quality and progress for the People's Committee to submit to the upcoming 10th thematic session of the Provincial People's Council.

Regarding some comments from departments, branches, and members of the Provincial People's Committee, the drafting unit will continue to receive them to complete the draft before submitting it to the People's Committee for consideration and approval of the content.
