At the construction site, reporting to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Transportation and Rural Development in Dak Lak province (representing the investor) stated that the Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot expressway is divided into three component projects. Component project 1, managed by the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, is 31.5km long and is scheduled for completion in 2026.

Component Project 2, managed by the Ministry of Transport, is 36.9km long and is scheduled for completion in 2027. Component Project 3, managed by the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, is 48km long and is scheduled for completion in 2026.

Regarding land clearance work, as of October 30th, the total volume of land clearance and handover reached over 99% (corresponding to 48.09/48.09 km). Currently, only 1 hectare of the drainage canal outside the main route is still undergoing land clearance due to its recent inclusion in the land use plan of Cu Kuin district.

The relocation of technical infrastructure (electricity, water, telecommunications, etc.) is being implemented by local authorities. Regarding the disposal site for excess materials, according to the investor's assessment, it basically meets the needs, with some locations belonging to component projects 2 and 3 currently undergoing procedures for use in the project.

To date, the construction volume has reached over 26% of the contract value. Specifically, Package 1 has reached over 31%; Package 2 has reached over 23%; and Package 3 has reached over 29%. According to the investor, the project progress is being accelerated by the contractors, ensuring completion according to plan and meeting the set deadlines.
