Accordingly, the City People's Committee agreed in principle not to re-determine land prices for the area that has been delayed in handing over the site and has fulfilled financial obligations.

At the same time, based on the signed land use rights transfer contract, a land use rights certificate (pink book) was issued to Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company to remove difficulties and obstacles related to the Dragon City Park Green Urban Area project.

Implementing the direction of the City People's Committee, the Department of Agriculture and Environment assigned the City Land Registration Office to coordinate with relevant units to guide the company in completing the procedures for registering for the issuance of pink books. The company proactively contacted the City Land Registration Office for instructions on completing the procedures according to regulations.
