The Hanoi Association for Relief of Disabled Children is responsible for coordinating with the local Red Cross Association to review, select, approve, and establish profiles of project beneficiaries at the time according to the sponsor's support criteria.
The total amount of subsidies given to the children over the past 12 years is more than 3.1 billion VND. The project has contributed to creating community concern for caring for children in difficult circumstances, especially disabled and orphaned children.

Implementing the project in the 2025-2026 period, the Hanoi Association for the Relief of Disabled Children and Phuong Liet Center will expand the Support Network, continue to proactively search for and identify new cases of orphans and disabled children in need of help.
At the same time, continue to search for and connect with new sponsors to expand the circle of international charity to Vietnam. In particular, focus on managing and implementing projects to ensure transparency, comply with state and city laws on project implementation, contribute to building a standard model in resource mobilization, thereby replicating the model, having more humanitarian projects for disabled children and orphans at the grassroots level and in the community./.
