8.4.3 Determining winners
All customers with a prize code will be eligible to participate in a lucky draw to have a chance to win the Grand Prize through a lucky draw. Specifically, the winning determination is carried out as follows:
a. Time to determine the winning prize: at 11:00 on the day of determining the winning prize, there are 03 winning prize determination rounds, the customer's winning prize determination round depends on the time the prize code is successfully activated, specifically as follows:

In case the customer has registered or logged in to a Customer Account on the device before (the system automatically saves the Customer Account information after the customer successfully registers/logs in), the system immediately displays the Bonus Code Warehouse screen. The customer selects “30 YEARS OF ACECOOK SCAN CODE, TRAVEL TO JAPAN” to check the Bonus Code in this promotion program.

In case the customer has not registered or logged in to a Customer Account on the device before, the system will immediately display a screen for the customer to log in if they have previously registered a Customer Account or register an account if the customer has not registered a Customer Account. 8.5 Winner announcement:
Within 05 days from the date of the winning result, the hotline 02888803030 will call the Customer's Phone Number to notify the winner and record the prize receiving information, including: full name, address, ID card number/CCCD/Passport or other equivalent legal documents with identification such as Driver's license, Birth certificate and date of issue, place of issue, phone number, email (if any), place of award and make an appointment to award the prize at the locality where the winning customer lives/works. In case the winning customer cannot be contacted, the hotline 02888803030 will call back 05 times during the hotline's operating hours within the next 05 days, 01 time per day.
Within 01 day from the date the call center 02888803030 successfully contacted to notify the winning and record the customer's information, the Acecook VN message center will send a winning notification message to the Customer's Phone Number with the content: "Congratulations to you for winning the Special Prize of 01 pair of 05-day, 04-night Japan travel tickets. Please keep this notification message to receive the prize. The prize will be awarded according to the time and location previously arranged with you. Check the prize code at the link. Contact 1900 06 88 30 (1,000 VND/minute) for support.".
8.6 Time, location, method and procedure for awarding prizes:
At the time of awarding the prize as scheduled with the winning customer (the customer whose entry code matches the entry code determined to win the Special Prize) at the locality where the customer lives/works when the call center 02888803030 contacts to notify the winning prize, the customer needs to present: (a) valid identification documents (ID card/CCCD/Passport or other equivalent legal documents with identification such as Driver's license, Birth certificate) and (b) The winning notification message from the Acecook VN message center sent to the Customer's Phone Number for the staff of the Awarding Party to conduct a comparison, sign the Awarding Minutes and receive the prize. In case the customer can only present valid identification documents: The customer needs to present the winning entry code of the customer on the Awarding Code Store for the Awarding Party to conduct a comparison and sign the Minutes confirming the loss of the winning notification message and the Minutes of awarding the prize and receiving the prize.
Customers who win the Special Prize will receive 01 pair of tickets to Japan for 05 days and 04 nights organized by Hoan My Travel Services Company Limited, which confirms the winning of the Special Prize of the promotion program and how to register personal information to participate in the Tour. Customers are responsible for declaring information to participate in the Tour on the Information Form at the time of receiving the prize and providing additional relevant documents as mentioned in Section 7.e of the Rules to the Awarding Party. Customers and participants of the Tour must comply with the instructions and regulations of the Tour organizer and the expected schedule attached to these Rules.
Customers are considered not to receive the prize in the following cases: The prize awarding period has expired but the winning customer cannot be contacted; the winning customer does not provide information or provides incorrect information as prescribed; the winning customer does not meet the conditions for receiving the prize for the Special Prize such as not presenting: valid identification documents or the winning notification message from the Acecook VN messaging switchboard sent to the Customer's Phone Number (except where otherwise specified in the Rules); the winning customer does not sign the Prize Awarding Minutes/Minutes confirming the loss of the winning notification message; the winning customer refuses to receive the prize.
Within 05 days from the date the customer does not receive the prize, Acecook VN SMS center will send a notification message to the Customer's Phone Number with the content: "Vi , BTC will cancel the prize of QK. Thank you for trusting Acecook Vietnam products. Contact 1900 06 88 30 (1,000 VND/minute) for support and advice".
The deadline for awarding prizes to winning customers is 45 days from the end of the promotion period.
The awarding cost will be paid by Dentsu Vietnam Co., Ltd. on behalf of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will pay and declare the irregular personal income tax on behalf of the winning customer (if any).
