The event, co-organized by the Japan Sports Agency and the Vietnam Sports Administration, is an important step to strengthen the sports partnership between ASEAN member countries and Japan, which has been developed since the Japan Sports Expo 2017.

The ASEAN-Japan Sports Exchange 2025 is themed Sports - Technology - Solving Social Issues . It is not only an exhibition but also a comprehensive exchange program, displaying and providing practical experiences with advanced initiatives.

The contents introduced are very diverse, including from traditional competitive sports such as swimming, football, athletics, badminton, volleyball... to modern technology solutions. Notably, the exhibition will emphasize the use of AI to improve performance and disaster prevention initiatives through sports, contributing to ensuring safety for the community.

The main objective of the event is to strengthen joint activities and develop bilateral relations through the sports industry. Both Japanese and ASEAN member countries' sports stakeholders are encouraged to participate to seek new partners and business opportunities.

The booth attracted the attention of delegates attending the Conference.

The event is expected to bring together 11 leading companies and organizations from Vietnam and Japan operating in various sports fields, including education , healthcare, nutrition, equipment, apparel, disaster management, digital transformation (DX) and organizational management. Vietnamese and Japanese delegates will introduce advanced products and services through various forms such as panel screens, desktop screens or digital billboards.

The AMMS+Japan leaders' visit will take place from 11:30–12:30 on October 17. During this time, representatives of the Japan Sports Agency will directly introduce Japanese companies participating in the exhibition to the ASEAN Sports Ministers and participants.

Business Conferences are also held for government officials, companies and organizations related to sports to seek business opportunities and update the latest information on the industry.

The ASEAN-Japan Sports Exchange 2025 promises to be an effective platform to promote innovation, connect new partners and open up sustainable development prospects for the sports industry between ASEAN and Japan, especially in the context of Vietnam playing the role of host country.

Among the companies participating in the Program, Phancos VN and DAITO-SUISAN expressed their desire to become Strategic Partners of the Vietnam Sports Administration, pioneering in improving athletes' performance through specialized nutrition.

Accordingly, Phancos VN and DAITO-SUISAN wish to directly support high-performance Vietnamese athletes by providing the most suitable and high-quality product sets. The core goal is to significantly improve the performance of athletes in the future.

Accompanying the Vietnam Sports Administration in technical and nutritional exchange activities, and sending Japanese nutrition experts to participate in training events, sharing in-depth knowledge, to promote Vietnam - Japan Sports exchange and support the nutrition management system for athletes.

VHO - From October 13-17, Vietnam will officially host the ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Sports (AMMS-8) and related meetings in 2025. The meeting has been held 7 times before and has left its mark since its first session.

“Vietnam and Japan have had many exchange activities in the field of sports. However, we want to further strengthen exchanges and extensive cooperation in many different fields and products, including technology exchange and bilateral cooperation on new projects that benefit the communities of the two countries.

Long-term cooperation with the Vietnam Sports Administration to build a strong Vietnamese sports foundation that reaches international standards. We believe that this cooperation will be an important stepping stone to help Vietnamese sports achieve more brilliant successes,” said Mr. Saito, Director of DAITO-SUISAN Company.
