More households in Ha Uc 1 village have access to clean water

After more than 2 months of construction, the project has completed 11 water lines with more than 1,700m of pipelines, connecting water from Huong Phu Water Supply Enterprise (Thua Thien Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company), helping 80 more households, mainly poor households, near-poor households and those under social protection in Ha Uc 1 village in particular, Vinh An commune in general, to access clean water, contributing to improving the quality of life.

Mr. Pham Phung - Chairman of Vinh An Commune People's Committee said that this is an important project for the locality. After completion, it will contribute to increasing the rate of households using tap water in the commune to 98%, helping poor households, near-poor households, and policy families have clean tap water in the area.

For more than 3 decades, Carlsberg Vietnam - Huda beer brand has implemented many community programs for the people of Central Vietnam, notably "Opening clean water sources for the beloved Central region". Launched in 2019, the program has so far helped nearly 33,000 people in more than 8,500 households in the Central region access clean water.
