Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors, pointed out that the real estate market has four major problems: site clearance, planning, land valuation, and conversion of land use purposes.
Therefore, the law needs to focus on the above issues to solve the market. In addition, administrative procedures are also one of the obstacles, causing difficulties for businesses today.
Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association, said that through a survey, up to 70% of businesses reflected that capital policies have not yet been truly effective. However, he expects that in late 2023 and early 2024, the real estate market will record more positive signs.
